Meta Partner Manager interview questions

Fairly straightforward, 4 personal panel review all on same day. One was case study, two situational, and then one with manager. The last manager had an “emergency” come up and we had to reschedule the final loop to a week out, didn’t seem too professional

The recruiter reached out to me 1 day after I applied on the website (no refferal). She did 1 round of screening and there was another round with a teamate. After that 4 onsite rounds + 1 extra hiring manager round. There was extra round because HM didn't jojn the onsite loop at all. They called 15 mins after the HM round to offer me the job. I waited 3 weeks between the onsite and extra round (they later explained that period was to interview other candidates as I was one of the first candidate). While the recruiter did not help much on what I should prepare during the whole process, I texted her every Friday during the waiting period and she nicely replied within several hours (even with or without updates). Overall good process!
