Microsoft Human Resources Program Manager interview questions

Applied online and a month later got an email asking to schedule an interview. I responded and then didn’t hear back from the recruiter until following up again. We scheduled a time for the next day. The recruiter was late to the call, but was able to talk a little bit past the scheduled end time. He walked me through the timeline for next steps and then completely ghosted me. I sent a couple of emails, a thank you, a follow up a week after, and then a final email a week after that basically assuming they'd gone another way with the role but that I'd love to keep in touch. Bummed because I thought it went well and seemed like a good fit, but it is what it is. Edit (30 Nov)- Recruiter did end up calling, saying they extended an offer to another candidate. I appreciated them closing the loop, but would have appreciated an earlier response to my emails.
