Very informal, zero questions really asked about what I could bring to the role, zero questions asked about customer service. Felt very rushed, not even sure if they knew I was coming.
It was very easy, basic questions, mostly wanted to know about my availability and if I'd had any similar experience. It did not feel like an interview to be honest
