the format was an initial interview assessment consisting of scenario based questions and multiple choice. Next was a group interview where you split into two groups and created a poster

2 panel members who were very nice. Online interview. Interview was quite fast paced and rushed.I did not have enough time to answer the questions and the panel members kept telling me to move onto the next question because I have hit most of the points of the answer but I felt very rushed.
you need to complete an online form via nhs.com and then if you are shortlisted you would be called for a face to face interview. If selected in the interview a through background check is done with a mandatory requirement of dbs certificate
