Very long but very important as a HCA you are the eyes and ears of the hospital so need to be assessed throughly to ensure you are the best candidate for the job.

Question included maths/english test, group interview(testing the NHS values, role play and 1-1 personal interview
There are two interviewees. One may come from the HR department and the other from the clinic. They asked questions together and recorded your performance. The whole process lasts about 30 minutes.
