Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer/person.
Le début de l'entretien se concentre sur notre profil : notre parcours scolaire et nos passions/passe-temps. Par la suite un échange est amené pour apprendre à vous connaître mais aussi l'intérêt que vous portez au poste. Par la suite un premier exercice à lieux qui consiste à examiner une partie du magasin et apporter son avis d'un point de vue merch. Par la suite un autre exercice est présenté qui consiste à placer des vêtements sur un portant et expliquer ces choix. L'entretien va se clôturer par des questions en lien avec les deux exercices.

prepare to throw around a football, make sure your not applying because you’re artistic, and good at merchandising, you need to be “sporty” to feel welcome here. Met with all guys. Motto is “everyone is an athlete” but felt that wasn’t the case

Very detailed question but the result came out fast and the attitude of the interviewer was nice. 1hr phone screening with HR. You cannot answer the questions if you do not have experience.
