Interview
Really easy. Basic questions to see how you handle certain customer situations, and see how you work under pressure. I did one phone screen, and then an interview in person with one manager. After that I heard back in a couple days about the job offer.

Tell about a time you had a difficult customer and how did you handle it
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
