Interview
1st round: A basic HR phone call that lasted 30 minutes. The interview was about me, and they asked behavioral questions.
2nd round: An hour long conversation with the hiring manager. No technical questions, but they did ask what my design process was and how I could be a good fit for this position.

Interview
The interview process was friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They had great follow-ups even though the job was eventually recalled. They kept me in the loop throughout the process, and even let me know when a new opening came up. It was personable and I felt valued.
