Written test up front. Didn't meet anyone at company really, they just sat me in a corner and told me to write out some code. Seems like they were looking for skills rather than learning potential.

    Interview

I applied through a recruiter. After a week a had to complete an on-line test in my language of preference. After passing this stage I had to come in for another round of tests. Failed to pass the second round, although it was not so difficult. The test had two parts. The first was an aptitude programming test and the second one was Java based, where you had to complete procedures regarding simply linked lists (add Node, remove Node, full Linked list etc)
