I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PA Consulting (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
The focus was put on making candidates feel comfortable, and was as much an opportunity to discover if you would enjoy working at PA as it was for them to assess your competencies. It consisted of a group task (generic business analysis), case study (to assess your written, analytical and presentation skills) and competency/motivation interview.
1st stage assessment and final stage interview. this was conducted in the office in london, it was 9 to 3pm which was rather long. the final interview was a panel.
There are several stages required to the interview process - it starts with an application submission, then there are several rounds of interview before you get to an assessment centre. Once you have completed the assessment centre, there is a final Partner-interview.
First interview was two hours of technical with one person per hour, second interview was one hour technical and two thirty mins chat with a graduate and a lead.Overall pleasant and prompted me when stuck, but not a lot of emphasis on my projects, more technical capabilities focused.
