Interview
It was a video screening and then an in person panel interview. They asked a lot of situational questions and did not ask any technical questions. Recommend the STAR method

When was a time that your opinion of someone changed?
Online Job interview, Dream Job, why Pepsi etc.Also had 1 interviewer who was a leader of that particular group. The interview was set up through Microsoft teams. Overall decent but I felt the interviewer was tired aswell.
