Interview
A very lengthy phone interview was conducted, discussing all stages and aspects of previous experiences. This was followed up with a shorter phone interview a week later. This was then followed up with a personal interview with a series of visits with department managers along with a tour of the facilities.

How have you conducted employee conflict resolutions in the past?
The interview session held very good & professional manner. Those question answered has been jotted down for the justification purpose rather than who we like. Feel its transparent and the question asked based on actual situation.
It was a good interview in which a lot of questions were asked from different categories and i did answer every question in a really descriptive manner so overall the interview was a good interview and most importantly it was an easy one with no difficult questions asked in between
