Went to my school career fair where I was asked for an interview the next day. The interview was 1.5 hours long and was a little on the harder side. Standard questions include what would you do in a tough situation? Have you ever made a difficult decision? Things like this.

Interview
I began the interviewing process through my school's career fair where I talked to the head of Sales for PepsiCo's Warehouse division in the Mid-Atlantic region. From there I applied through my school job source website and was asked for an on-campus interview that consisted of two 30 minute behavioral interviews with 2 executives in each interview. The interviewers were very friendly and encouraging but some of the questions were very difficult.
