Apply online through the Company website. Interview was situational based, empasis on safety. I also recieved a tour of the facility.

The only difficult part about the interview is that you have to come up with a lot of "times when.." something happened and "what did you do in the situation"
Applied through my university and received a call back. Conducted an over the phone interview, then in person. Process lasted about 3 weeks. Just run through the glassdoor interview information and you should be fine.
