Interview
The first half consisted of a normal conversation between the interviewer and I and then in the second half it was structured behavioral interview questions. I then was told I would receive an email if I was invited to a second interview.
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

Describe a situation where you had to quickly find a solution to a problem with limited information.
one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.

Something along the line of, name a time you had a conflict with a worker and how you handled the situation.
