I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Aug 2010
Interview
I applied online and shortly after was asked to complete an online "assessment" test. Following this I had a short phone interview which pretty much consisted of finding out if I understood the position, this was followed by a route ride along. After spending 12 hours following an RSR on his route, I had a "conference call" interview with two others. They have scripted interview questions that they all ask, but they also asked more customized questions based on my experience. After getting through the phone interview, I went to their head quarters and had an interview with the Zone Sales leader.
I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Springfield, MO) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you led a diverse group of people?
Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
