First you have to watch a video then take a test then get called back a couple days later for a three person in a room interview and also you have to do a hair follicle drug test and pass.
The interview went very well. They gave us a walk through, were we practically learned how to do it in 1 day. I really like working for that company very much.

They held a job fair and take a interview of applicators. If they pass the interview then they send them for first exam . If we pass this exam then then send for next process. After passing that we are selected for job.
