Unprofessional Interview Process for a Strategic Role
1. Panel interview was scheduled for 7 AM — early, but I respected the time.
2. I was told four people would attend, yet only one HR representative joined from India (with no video).
3. When I asked where the panel was, she simply said, “They trust me.”
4. The interview was rescheduled three times prior, with no or little explanation.
5. No clear structure or meaningful discussion — the questions were vague and felt improvised.
6. No role context, no insight into the team or responsibilities - just you need to be assertive.
Overall experience felt dismissive and disengaged
