4 rounds of interviews. Increasing in difficulty but happy overall. Company seems good to work for. I would brush up on financial and acct knowledge. I made it past 3 but lost to an MBA candidate at the 4th.

Was pretty straightforward, with the bosses and HR. Questions were typical, they wanted to see if you are willing to learn. Salary is quite fixed because of their rules and regulations.

The interview was largely behavioral - they want to know if you are a good fit for the company and will work well with the team. Have a story prepared and talk about relevant financial experience you have gained to be able to support the team.
