Interview
I submitted my initial application was online, and then was contacted for a first round interview about two-three weeks later. Although the woman I initially interviewed with me chose not to hire me, she passed me on to a colleague in a different group who did hire me. The interview was a basic explanation of your experiences/interest in healthcare and a walk through of your resume.
I was interviewed by two women in the Medical Affairs department; they asked some professional questions, but it was overall personable experience during the interview. They gave ample opportunity to make a connection with them as well as enough time for you to ask as many questions you wanted.

Interview online with two managers. They introduced themselves and what they do. Asked me to walk them through my CV. Asked only behavioral questions, biggest accomplishment, why Pfizer, why this position, why I’m best fit for this, questions I have, dealing with conflict, time management.
