Interview
Was asked "how do you balance customer needs with with business goals" for a classic scientist position. Science questions were standard. People were nice. Review Pfizer values on HR page for your interview.
Applied online. Then the hiring manger reached out to me within a few weeks of applying. Had a zoom interview where he asked basic interview questions. Overall it was not a good fit so it did not proceed forward.
standard screen call into interview. Nothing groundbreaking just prepare. Are little rigid regards industry first mentality. Now im just typing to fill the word count. Good luck in the interview be confident
Asked questions about the job description and abilities relevant to what the posted description had and relevance to drug discovery especially pertaining to any background in drug discovery for chemistry team
