I applied for the Global Medical Affairs Summer Internship at Pfizer. The interview was conducted by a panel and focused primarily on my resume, including my relevant experiences, interest in the role, and motivation for applying to Pfizer. There were minimal behavioral questions.

Why Pfizer.
Very chill, just a single interview with the hiring manager where they asked about my prior research experiences. Only lasted about 30 minutes, but I was given the sense that I had secured an offer by the end of it.

Interview
The interview was 30 minutes long, where the interviewer described my possible project. The interviewer asked for information about my research as a Ph.D. student and described expectations from intern. The interview was surprisingly not technical.
