I had applied through referral and got a call from a recruiter a month after that. Initial call was set up which went REALLLY well. He discussed salary structure and even gave prep notes for next interview with hiring manager. But after which I was ghosted. Zero response to any of my emails or follow ups. It would have been nice to be notified at least.

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.

final round was very challenging - 6 people on call that were drilling in terms of challenging client questions. Up to then the other rounds were good. Ended up not getting the offer.
