I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Coventry, England) in Feb 2016

You need to apply online through their website. Then wait for a response through e-mail. I had to wait 2 weeks before getting a response. They mail you with the date and time of interview. After the interview, you have to wait again for a final confirmation and time for your induction.

Question 1
Suppose, you are on the tills serving customers and there is a long queue. The employee beside you is talking away with someone else and not focusing on the customers. What would you do?
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
