Thorough, Personal and informative. Recruited on linkedin, then an phone call, then an assesment day. Tests at the end of the assesment day to progress. then a presentation on something you are passionate about, then an interview with MD and recruiter. Then 1 hour later a call with an offer!

After speaking on the phone and conducting a very casual phone interview, I was asked to send in a video interview which consisted of four, 1-minute answer, questions. The next morning, I was phoned and told that I was successful in getting through to the next stage and was booked onto an assessment day the following week. In this assessment day, we took part in several group tasks, a psychometric test, an elevator pitch, as well as a mock interview with one of the managers whereby I was doing the interview and the manager was pretending to be a candidate. After being successful in the interview day, I was invited into the office to do a presentation about something I am passionate about and have a one-to-one interview afterwards. I was informed I was successful in getting the job there and then.
