Interview
It started off with an application online and then I was invited to step 2- taking a reasoning test online and a management success drivers assessment...about a week later I had a phone interview which was very straightforward..a lot of behavioral interview questions..use the STAR method..they had a conference in Cincinnati and this was the final round interview..it consisted of an interview with a panel of 2 people...again behavioral questions, they really focus on the result so drive that home, a reasoning test that was somewhat difficult and then just a tour of the company.
Everyone at P&G loves their job and what they do. They are very friendly and warm. Corporate culture seems like a place where you are expected to deliver but they are willing to help.
