Interview
I submitted my application in October and received an offer in April after 2 assessments and 4 interviews. I believe the process was long due to me still completing my final year of university. The first 2 interviews were general behavioral interviews. I was then referred to the team were I would be hired where I had the final behavioral interview and a final technical interview. All 3 behavioral interviews had the same format and very similar questions. You should prepare 5 or so anecdotes where you showed leadership, creativity, cooperation, ect. The technical interview just asked for more detail about my workflow and thought processes on projects from my resume.
