Interview
First I took a personality test that consisted of 4-5 math/pie chart questions then the rest personality questions. Then there is a phone interview that lasted about an hour. She asked about 7-8 behavioral questions as well as going over my resume. She then told me a recruiter will call me to set up a 1:1 interview. Received the call about a week later and scheduled it w/in two weeks. Had the 1:1 and the manager was very easy to talk to. The 1:1 consisted of describing myself, going over my resume, and 7 behavioral questions.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

2. Misunderstanding between you and a customer, and you were unable to meet your expectations describe the specific situation the actions that you took and the outcome of the situation
3. Tell me about the situation when you had to adapt existential process or encounter while working on an assignment at work or during college please describe the situation how you adapted to the change and the results
4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
