Standard interview process. Interviewed with hiring manager and her peer for Interview 2 (after initial meeting with HR) questions about past experience, how to handle certain situations. Questions were open ended allowing interviewers to get to know me vs my qualifications. final interview was with hiring manager and VP of Customer Success. and was similar digging deeper into experience, and "how would/have you handled certain situations.

Little follow up with the recruitment team is required to stay updated. Rounds of interview were pretty simple and easy to crack. Very simple and realistic question based on experience and product/ technology knowledge.

For initial rounds the HR communication was prompt. However after thr second round I had to personally chase the HR to know what's next. Further on 3rd round was arranged and I checked for days with the HR who wasn't responding to calls answered the call one day and told that I'm through and RACKSPACE will give me an offer. I'm still waiting to hear from HR who didn't call on the suggested time, multiple times ... Not sure how RACKSPACE is as an organisation however atleast the HR has been below expectations. I'm already thinking if at all I shall accept their offer ( considering they call).
