Interview
3 interviews with a panel of 2-3 finance directors and managers. Interview consisted of general questions about your personality, prior experience, why you want to work at Roche, and why you decided upon your chosen career path.
I was notified of the offer a few weeks later and then sent an official offer. After that I had to complete a drug test. The culture was very relaxed. Business casual attire and the employees were all incredibly helpful and friendly.

It was just explain yourself, motivation and some other questions regarding my CV. I was interviewed by the managers that I was going to work with and there were no technical question they just asked If I knew a digital tool.
Very well structured recruiting process (from application to interview to feedback) and great interviewer with questions around personality and expertise - unfortunately did get the offer. Overall very positive experience

I had an in company interview of Roche of the Financial Intern position. The process include the group presentation, sharing of the heads of financial department about the company, lunch, case analysis within groups, and individual interview.
