The interview was not stressful. First few minutes were to know each other. After 15min an HR representative came and start official interview were both ask most common questions used on the first interview

First they introduce themselves und u should prepare ur introduction (backround, why this position, etc..) Very friendly and fast feedback, mostly question about ur workstyle and stragedy and ur expirience

Can u tell us about a situation, when sth. did not work out as planned?
Average interview experience performed by foreigner boss. Quite a few questions were asked but I did not answer well. If I have a second chance, I will be less shy and more confident to show case my personalty during the interivew.
phone interview as the first step. difficulty is average and regular interview questions were asked. The interview process went for about half an hour and it was smooth, the interviewer was very nice
