Online application (Taleo system). I have applied for 3 different positions and they were all filled by internal personnel. What a waste of time to to publish the jobs. By phone I was told that this is normal for them and there is no explanation what profile they look for. "We want to have external CVs to compare". You just get a standard refusal mail sent probably automatically. An applicant is just a file (CV) they don´t care for the person. Good luck with the Peters principle, just promote until they reach their level of incompetence. Old fashioned and arrogant.

No questions, just the information that the job has been filled internally.
They asked about why do you wanna work for Roche? Why would we work for you? They wait a typical answer to the typical questions. Roche values, suporting to healthcare etc.
very good and straight forward process. Two interviews in total, 2 weeks apart. Final decision came very quickly, with the possibility for feedback and direct line of communication (mostly via phone).
