Interview
I was working through a consultant company, and thus I was only interviewed by Roche at the final step. We talked about my studies and experience, but did not do any coding, and I wasn't shown my work environment, tools etc. If I had more information about the technologies used on site (Intersystems Caché) I would've considered my decision differently.

easy going, everything was as expected. the HR asks you questions and you answer them, they dont rush you. but they could have followed up faster after the interview, with their decision
It was a simple interview
First round was dsa
Second round was system design
Third round was behavioural
All the rounds were average in difficulty and the interviewers were friendly as well
30 min call with senior engineer with high pressure technical questions about Java and object oriented programming. Then, a call with a recruiter to discuss performance. Overall a solid company and seriously considered the offer before declining.
