First of all, HR performed interview with me. Afterwards, I made a case study presentation to director level related with the job I applied. They sent me the topic earlier than the presentation time. Then I entered an evaluation center assessment.

A case (can be related with agile also) regarding the position was given and asked to be presented.
Ghosted after the final round - no response even after following up multiple times. Especially since I made it out to their office which is 2 hours away from where I live. Not good.

Long, slow, not very descriptive of the real tasks. The actual job was very different with no credit for keeping the team happy and growing professionally. They just wanted google sheets to be filled and focused performance reviews on this
