The interaction between the hiring manager and other interviewer suggested a top-down communication style, as the manager controlled the questioning, often spoke and interrupted over others. This made me curious about standard collaboration practices within the team. Furthermore, based on the discussion, the hiring manager's background and expertise appeared to be in a different domain than the core functions of this role. This left me with important questions regarding how work quality, technical efficiency, and potential downstream impacts on customers would be assessed by a manager without direct experience in this field."
