The first step of the application was to send Rolls-Royce your CV and to answer a few questions online. These questions were not all related to the job. After sending in the previously mentioned documents, I received an invitation to complete the online assessment. After completing these, Rolls-Royce will compare your profile with the requirements of the programme and the other applicants.
