Had a phone interview and then invited to an assessment centre at Pride Park. There were 3 of us and we had to build a spaghetti tower. Then it was a competency based interview with 2 Managers. They really do put you through the mill and before you go in you need to go through your CV giving examples of competencies youhave met in real life situations. My experience with Rolls Royce interviews is that they are probably the hardest in that they can hit you with totally unexpected and questions that aren't really job related just to see you you react under pressure and being put on the spot. The final part of the 4 hour process is verbal and numeracy testing.
