Very friendly and informal although all typical interview questions were asked. You were made to feel welcome and wanted as an employer. They were also interested in what else you could do for the company and not only what you needed to fit the bill for the position in question. They wanted to utilize all your skills and would create a new position for you if they felt this was of better use for them and of your skill sets.
