I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce in Mar 2022
Interview
Took a couple of weeks, fluid and timely with questions. It was a contract offer so the specifics of what that would entail were also discussed. Overall a good experience

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Applied to the job in the beginning of February and received a invitation for interview to be held in middle of March. Then no response on mail/call/linkedin requests from anyone on the hiring team/interview panel or the HR. Collectively reached out to more than 10 individuals in the span of 2 whole months to receive zero response from anyone. Finally last 2 of the employees reverted back and got the call saying they went for a more experienced candidate.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce in Oct 2022
Interview
I applied and got an invitation to interview about 2 weeks later. Virtual interview with Engineering Manager and two other Engineers. Half of the interview was all STAR format behavioral questions to gauge your strengths and weaknesses, and the other half consisted of 15 minutes of technical questioning relative to the CAD software (Siemens NX) and 15 minutes for a reverse interview for you to ask questions. Overall I am rather pleased with the process and so far really like the people I've talked to thus far.

Question 1
All behavioral questions were the typical "Tell me about a time when... etc". Some were kind of confusing and hard to answer, but most were to be expected.
