I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Lake Charles, LA) in May 2009
Interview
Hiring process was very easy. Asked simple questions about customer service and scenarios then asked how I would handle each one. There were a lot of questions about me I had to answer. What my goals are and achievements.

I applied online. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Knoxville, TN) in Sept 2024
Interview
Relaxed environment with typical interview questions, fairly easy to answer questions. One of the easier interviews I've experienced. No prep needed prior to interview, just be honest. They're more concerned with your availability.
Only one interview with the manager needed. Submitted an application online, called them to set up an interview date, and got an interview the next week. Got hired on the spot.
Pretty easy. I had previous retail experience. They don’t drug test. I work as front End Supervisor and made 11.50. Raises every year, and discounts are great. I don’t know what else you want from me
