I was interviewed by sap labs,india.It was a smooth process.I applied through career,after that i got a mail regarding the online test,i cleared it.The interview was scheduled,around 100 people were there.

Two tests before the first interview and after that just one other interview with the team manager to know your strenghts and your knowledge at the support area, In my opinion it is a great interview process
