Stage 1: Screening call with recruiter. Stage 2: 45 min competency interview with the same recruiter over the phone. Stage 3: 5 hour assessment day (virtual) with approx 25 other candidates. 9 people were offered the place. It was a really good interview process.

Two step process. 1st was a call from the recruiter asking standard questions. (screening). 2nd was the in person and all day interview. (bootcamp).
Overall it was an incredible interview process. I really enjoyed the style and worst case scenario i walked out of there with an interesting experience.
They provide you with a business case that you have all day to analyze with your group and then perform a presentation on. Collaboration, intelligence, humor, presentation skills and overall professionalism will be evaluated during this process.

Phone Interview-rigorous
Day-Long Case Study Bootcamp where you work in teams to do a day-long sales simulation with presentations and individual interviews. It's a great sales simulation process. You will have 2 proctors in the room watching your interactions with your team and judging your presentation at the end of the day.
