Interview
I had 2 interviews with 2 services:
- HR department first
- Development department second - with the PM
They asked me a lot of questions about my experiences, about my role.
I had to explain everything about the Scrum master role.

3/ What went well with my previous experiences - needed to give an example
Applied for the job position and got the call from the HR within week. The screening with the HR went well. The first round of interview was a VC and I had cleared the round, Second round was on premise in Letterkenny office which I could not clear. The offer was given to a more experience candidate as per the HR.
