Interview
Only talked to the recruiter. Apparently, they want you to be Salesforce certified before even offering to move forward. She directed me to the online training portal to study and prepare (in my free time, unpaid). Yikes.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Milan)

- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
