I applied online. I interviewed at Signpost (New York, NY)
Interview
too easy. "Recruiter" was asking pointless questions..Nothing skill-based. overall, not a bad experience, it was over the phone and lasted around 30mins....All they really want from you is to know if you're willing to make 100+ calls every single day and close as many deals.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Signpost in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied Online and after some follow up I heard back from a recruiter. The first phone call was about 20 minutes. We went through my resume and discussed the role in more detail. Next, I skyped with 2 sales managers/ trainers over the course of an hour. We did a little sales role play and discussed my resume.
I applied online. I interviewed at Signpost (Austin, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
I interviewed with the sales manager and trainer. It was about an hour long conversation where we went though my resume, my experience and what made me successful in my roles.
Thank you for your feedback. We take the interview process very seriously, and this was not up to our standard. We will address going forward and work to ensure situations like this don't happen again. I would like to learn more about your experience if you are willing to share.
