Hiring process was long but thats consistent with other management consulting companies where it can take months to finish interview process and select the right candidate that suits their culture. My feedback is to try and expedite the process. Overall well managed and to the point communication.

I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
