It was a thorough process with multiple rounds and an activity to present. All of the tasks seem relevant to the job and allowed me to show off different layers of my experience and abilities. The interviewers were friendly, warm and welcoming.

The interviews started with a talent contact based in Sweden for Spotify. After the initial screening, I was scheduled for interviews with stateside employees that would be part of the team, including the manager, partners, and direct team members.
Interviews were three rounds and included a presentation where I had to prepare a short presentation.
It wasn't a bad process, but the communication between was very subpar and I felt very low priority throughout most of the process in that regards.
There was a period where I responded to a question and never heard back until over a 7 busy days later.
