Applied in October, got a phone interview for a front end internship in January. I asked what to expect and the recruiter said algorithms and data structures. During the video interview, the two engineers sent me links and told me to share my screen, which I was not prepared for. They also wanted me to look things up. I was extremely uncomfortable since I wasn't sure what would show up in my history, desktop, other tabs, etc. They were also pretty condescending even though they both were bootcamp kids.

Question 1
Something about creating a web app using their API
First stage was a talk with a recruiter who asked me about myself, motivations, projects and interests.
Second stage was two leetcode problems, some questions about most interesting projects and basic computer science knowledge.
Phone interviews and in-office interviews consist of both personal and technical questions and case stories relating to the job. Very long hiring process, though the interviewers were nice and welcoming.

How would you solve (certain/sepcific) issues for Spotify
I applied online. I interviewed at Spotify (Boston, MA) in Apr 2021
Interview
1st round technical interview, plus 2nd round 1hour technical and 1hour behavior back to back. No feedback was given after an interview, only rejection email. The manager asked lots of behavior questions, making me like I wav interviewing for a CEO position.
