Interview
First step was interview with team lead about company team setup, requirements, possibilities. I was also talking about my experience, relocation possibilities and motivation.
I resolved spotify puzzles but it seems it does not count during interview process.
Second step was phone interview with engineer. He was asking some basic questions about delegate, KVO, KVC and blocks.
In my opinion for this team spotify is looking rather c/c++ engieneers with objective-c iphone development knowledge.

Phone call with HR, then technical interview where general questions where asked about my previous work, what I know about some design patterns, how I would improve the app I'm working on, etc. It was more of a conversation to get to know me on the technical level. Then there was a coding question on coderpad where I had to explain my solution to the algorithm and program it. I didn't impress there, but anyone with good algorithm solving skills should be able to do well there. The interviewers where still really nice with me thought the whole process, so big thumbs up to them!

Process is slow as hell. Boring, template interview questions/tasks like frame vs. bounds or write an app which consumes static JSON file from URL, parses it and shows list in table view. Really meaningless feedback in the end: "You're not quite what we are looking for".

Rude interviewer! Can you learn interviewers to speak clear and English?
Who is allowing to make interviews with an incompetent and rude interviewer who doesn't know English?
On Spotify side, there were not clear questions. Just mooing and similar to English worlds.
Quite arrogant HR and interviewers.
