Began with a group interview, received a call back the next day for a job preview for the AM (7-3) shift which lasted for 3 hours. I received a job offer the following day and proceeded to meet with the assisted living coordinator to discuss the details of the position.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.

Average regular interview . Asked a lot of clinical questions and also personal questions as well. They were very interested in the relationships with the residents Overall was a great experience

The interview process was through and to the point. Interviewer took time to ask about myself, explained what the company is looking for , explained the duties that would be expected for the position and other general information was provided.
